We seek a part time, experienced, administrative assistant for immediate hire.
We are a small private firm looking for someone who is organized, polished, has strong computer and research skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The candidate must be a self starter who enjoys working independently with minimal supervision as well as a part of a team. This is a part time position (5 – 6 hours / day, 3 – 4 days per week).
Some of the responsibilities include:
Maintenance of our Database (knowledge of ACT! Software is a plus as is the ability to perform research on the internet);
A pleasant phone voice is a plus as you will be asked to call our contacts to make sure we have current and correct information as well as make appointments for a couple of our senior execs;
Management of Craigslist postings;
Management of our mass email blasts (knowledge of Swiftpage is a plus);
Assist with our marketing campaign (knowledge of Publisher software and knowledge of HTML will both be considered plusses);
Maintain spreadsheets of marketing campaigns (knowledge of Excel is a plus).
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to manage and control other initiatives as business needs evolve as well as performing general clerical work including promotional mailings, management of office supplies, scanning documents, managing filing system, etc.
